"I had a terrible experience in this establishment. From the moment I walked in, everyone here looked at me like i am an alien. The hair department especially was very rude. When I walked in for an appointment, 2 out of the 3 women refused to take me and said I had not made an appointment when I did. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know."
"I brought my wig in for a wash and set. I told them just make it wavy and the bangs should be off my face. When I picked it up it was all curly, and the bangs were brushed straight down. Total waste!"
