"First time patient and will never return again. I went for a simple cleaning and checkup and was told my insurance will cover all charges. They did they did a long list of x-rays, radiographic images and other procedures which I was told was necessary(I never asked for them) as I was a first time patient and was covered in my insurance. These tests were very uncomfortable with the assistant pushing a huge instrument in your mouth bleeding your gums. After 1 month they sent a bill of $729 to my insurance which denied 50% of it and told me they are not part of the network and the charges were above the rate or not necessary. GOOGLE employees be aware they are NOT covered in our insurance even though their website and receptionist says they are."

"As of today I am choosing to stop seeing this dentist. I’ve been coming to them before they were on Waverly place. At least 8 years now. I’ve referred friends to them and have been very loyal. For the first time, I’ve had to cancel and reschedule an appointment. As for the past 3 years I’ve been going to them even though I live in a different state. They refuse to waive the fee because they can’t make MONEY during my time slot. They basically said they cannot fill the slot. So if that what it’s about I don’t want to give you my business and will go elsewhere. I did like my experience when I was constantly met by Dr. Lane. But now there’s so many people there it’s different person each time. And it’s clear that this practice cares more about image and money than they do patients. I’m all about growing your practice but don’t step on those who helped you get there."
