"I had multiple cavities that were not explained to me ( I don’t even know where they are in my mouth) and I had them call me to “reschedule” 2 appointments in a row THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENTS. They call me saying they are “running behind.” Now I am reading some other reviews here with this same experience. Also I agree with other reviews that they do not explain the work they are doing. Very unprofessional and I will not be coming back to this practice."

"So I had an appointment at 1030 and it is now 11:30 and I'm still sitting in the waiting room. Now, I work at a doctors office so I understand you might have to wait some time but an hour just seems a little much. If I have to wait another hour, I'm gonna have to go down to one star. Any longer than that, I might just have to plan living in the waiting room. I'll keep you updated!"
