"Pay attention to your insurance coverage and the contract they have with the orthodontist. For my insurance they were supposed to take what the insurance pays for an in network provider. They made me pay 3500 per kid out of pocket on top of the insurance payment. Then they bill the insurance under multiple providers some in network and some out of network to try to say the out of pocket is because you're seeing an put of network provider. Sometimes billing under providers you don't even see to make it this way calling it a clerical error. They're committing insurance fraud and robbing their patients. I'm still fighting to get my money back. I did contact my insurance and they sided with me and you had to resubmit all of the claims for incorrect billing. The insurance also sided with me in the fact that you never should have charged me up front out of pocket. You are also inaccurate in your response because some of your providers are in network in my insurance but you were billing for for providers that my kids didn't see that day. That is fraud."
