"I don’t trust anyone with my car “Ruby”. Ruby is my first car and I’ve done some things to her that this Nissan branch fixed. I took her to other places when my suspension messed up after a flat on the road and they could not fix the problems. Evelyn is awesome. She knows my car and its needs. Even on days where I felt frustrated with the car, she was calm and patient which lead to trust. I call her when I have an issue and she schedules my services. "Historicly my issues with the service departments is the endless wait. What I liked about this shop is they give you an estimation of how long but additionaly have a big viewing window so you can see things happening. I was also able to jump on their guest wifi and do some work on my laptop which made the time spent waiting for the service more productive."
