"Used to be good before the new brand name! We got there on time and they made my kid wait for an hour! This is ridiculous and very disrespectful! There were more kids awaiting, they all got impatient. They should at least leave some toys, books or tv to distract them or advise what is going on."

"My first visit was a mixed experience. Let me start by saying the hygienist and dentists were both great with kids. The place was very clean as well. The reason I only give it three stars is because despite the fact that I filled out the paperwork prior including my insurance info, the front desk almost turned me away because the insurance was not verified - something that is out of my control and not my responsibility!! They kept telling me the best they could do is reschedule my 10am appointment to 330. Since I don’t live in the neighborhood and took a bus with my toddler to get there I didn’t take no for an answer. They kept telling me there was no one they could call despite my insurance card having a help phone number, so I did it myself. 10 minutes later the problem was magically resolved and they were able to help me. The insurance agent said it was very easy for them to verify and didn’t understand why it was an issue. I don’t know what was going on, but it seemed like they didn’t want to do the extra work to help me until I called the insurance company myself in front of all of the people in the waiting room. I would go back again since the dentist was good, but the front desk staff needs more training in customer service."
