"I had a appointment on Friday to have a cleaning, when the day came I was called and told that whoever was doing so was sick and could not do it and had to reschedule, no problem these things happen. I rescheduled my appointment for today, I live in newburgh but have always gone here and was going to continue to do so. However last night I had a tire blow out and have to get that fixed instead for today and can no longer make the appointment we set. I call to reschedule this morning and am told to do so I have to pay a $75 dollar fee for a late notice, this I probably would not have questioned if they did not originally reschedule me and obviously they won’t give me a $75 dollar discount for my inconvenience. I told them I will not be paying this fee because they rescheduled me in the first place, the lady on the phone did not care about my situation and continued to relay the message saying that they weren’t here so they couldn’t have done my service on Friday. They suggested I get a Uber from newburgh to make the appointment, or I should have called at 8 or 9 pm last night and left a message as opposed to 9:30 am the next day around when they open. Not considering that I was dealing with my issues last night. Anyway this ended with then saying we don’t need a patient like you and to not come back. I asked if they would still try to charge me the fee and they said no. So basically they could have taken the fee away at anytime and were just trying to charge me just because. I’m fine she told me they don’t want me because in the middle of our conversation I knew I was never going to be back anyway."

"I had a broken tooth that needed a post & crown.Dr. Gold said I needed a root canal. The DDS who did root canal messed up & there was still a piece of root left unbeknown to me. I go back to Dr. Gold and he starts working. I said "How come I can feel what you are doing if I had a root canal". Dr. Gold shrugged his shoulders and continued. He even broke the tooth putting the post in. So the crown could not come off and redo or finish the root canal. When I came back the next time. He did have clients in the office. He shuttled me off to a privet room & told me not to come back."
