"If you are thinking of leaving a negative review, please make sure that you mean the LYNDHURST Gentle Dental, who have had this name for 40 years. It's unfortunate that one of those giant, impersonal, profit motivated conglomerates can come along and use the same name as this caring, compassionate and professional dentist and his team. From reading the negative reviews, it seems very clear that many of you have mistaken the two. Dr. Ciani was kind enough to give me a second opinion when another dentist had attempted to scam me with unnecessary filling replacements and a deep tissue cleaning. His receptionist is an absolute dear, warm and welcoming to everyone who came in while I was there. The hygienist was also very nice but I didn't have a cleaning so I'll have to report back on that. The appointment maker was also sweet. Nothing to complain about!"

She made me feel very welcomed and safe for my first visit. Even provided me with educational information about my teeth. "I am disappointed with the service since my husband and I went there for regular cleaning (twice a year) and some minor work (filling) done for over 10 years prior to covid. I had never have problems getting reminder for cleaning but once we had a lockdown, I have never heard from them again. It seems like they don’t care about getting business. Their hygienists are decent and some are not so gentle but they got the job done. However, some dentists are not that fanatics and it really depends on which one you are able to get the appointment. I wouldn’t recommend anyone if you haven’t heard good things about this place from someone you know."
