Clients have the flexibility to pay once a month and come in at any time that is convenient for them. The salon is open from Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6:00pm, and on Saturdays from 8:30am to 6:00pm.

"Rude service and place to continue to come. This isn’t the first time I have experienced Nelly (owner) yelling and overprice for cheap products used. This place has burned my hair and the same service overcharge I have still paid and return. I will never return here again and I would never recommend this place even after seeing the horrible service over and over again."

"Been going to Nelly with my daughter since she was 5 she’s now 10 each time I’m always amazed by the beautiful clean job she’s done for us! Besides doing a great job! For kids and adults She’s a clean /person inside her salon says it all! Constantly cleaning even before covid so now it’s continuous disinfecting you’ll see her never sits down always cleaning she also check temperature at the door wether You’re fully vaccinated or not and she has mask available if forgot yours at no cost to you. She also only operates by appointment only since covid started so her place is always empty for the client And she’s super friendly!"

"The owner is greedy for money. When I first used this salon, they were careful not to use too much heat on my hair. I just did wash, blow dry & flat iron for $40 One month later Nelly forced me to start doing rollers & sit under a hot dryer for over 1 hour. And she also did unnecessary trimming for $12 extra. Bringing the price to $50+ My hair would come out looking frizzy & damaged because they stopped taking their time with customers. Search for better options, don’t come here."

"I've come to this shop a couple of times but I figured after my third visit I would post a review. Usually I would get a doobie but I didn't feel like sitting under the hair dryer so I got a blowout. The woman that washed my hair did a fantastic job and the young lady that did my hair did a wonderful job on my hair, she was very careful and not one time did my hair smell as if it was burning. She even took the time to use a spray to protect my hair. I was truly satisfied."
