Noboa Dentistry 134 Grand Place, Kearny, NJ 07032

"I’ve been going to Noboa Dentistry since I was little and as long as I can remember they’ve always been very nice, very patient, very professional, but as of recent years they’ve just began to be so rude. I had a scheduled cleaning and had already confirmed it and everything. I have class the same day that ends at 12, but I was planning on leaving early (around 1 hour early since that’s how far my school is) to make the appointment. I did not know that I had an exam that same day, and therefore could not leave early from the class. Noboa Dentistry begins to call my phone as soon as I am out of my exam and is asking where I am. I try to explain what happened, but the receptionist sounds extremely annoyed already. I understand, I would as well, but I am sorry these things I couldn’t control. I couldn’t even step out of the class to call and cancel my appointment. It was truly just a poor scheduling error on my part, but I don’t understand why she was so rude about it. I explained I had an exam I wasn’t aware of and she continued to say “Oh you forgot” in a condescending tone. I was kinda taken aback since they haven’t been this rude before so I tried to continue to explain, but she kept saying the same thing. I asked if I could reschedule, she said, “No not right know, goodbye”, and immediately hung up. That phone call was so blatantly unprofessional. I get why they were upset, but things happen, appointments get missed. They could’ve at least been a little bit more understanding. They were never this rude when I was younger, or at least maybe I didn’t notice it until i got older. Still disappointing, since I used to love this place."

I love the staff there I love Maritza who does my cleaning she’s very experienced. I’m very happy with everybody there and I will continue to go there as long as I live in the area."
