"12/8/23 All the staff are friendly and the clinic is clean. The dentist who takes care of my surgery is very nice and friendly. He tells me what he will do before he does it. Update: 12/29/23 I have called, text and scheduled an appointment online but no one seems to call me back. Dentist who performed the tooth extraction and implant wants to see me after 3 weeks. Left this information and no one seems to care to call me back. Paid a lot of money and this is what I get in return. Changing 5 stars to 2 stars. Update: 1/08/24 I finally got someone to answer the call and got my follow up check up on 1/15. As soon as I checked in with the front desk the dentist saw me right away. The dentist wants to see me after 2 and 1/2 months. Before I left I told the front desk that I want to schedule my appointment. She has to check with the dentist and after checking she put me on the calendar. Just a suggestion if the dentist wants to see you for a follow up, you need to schedule that before you leave the office the same day or else you will be calling several times just to see if someone picks up the line and schedule the appointment for you. Changed my 2 stars to 4 stars."

"I really like the dentist that's working with me. He takes time to explain things to me without talking down to me, which was my previous experience. Very professional and friendly. I am deathly afraid of dentists and this doctor put me at ease immediately. Very satisfied. Also, the staff is very nice."

If you are on the fence I highly recommend eastern dental. They did a great job with X-rays, doctor has an abundance of knowledge and the cleaning was perfect.
