I am not good at articulating how I’d like my hair to look, and because this was my first time with Kayla we didn’t have a starting point. My roots were grown out, color was brassy and my cut was grown out and uneven, with a lot of split ends. Yet despite my limited ability to express what I wanted, Kayla gave me the perfect blend of highlights and lowlights for a natural look that was better than I had imagined. For my cut, she kept my hair as long as possible, just trimming dead ends and giving it back some life. Days later, I’m still so happy with how my hair looks!"
