"What a waste of time. ZERO customer service. I was passing through and needed to get an oil change and new tires if they were available. All I got was an attitude from a lady. I guess she was appalled that I would even see about getting in for an oil change without an appt. And how dare I ask if they had tires in stock. You know, the ones that come on their brand new Transits. She didn’t offer to see or anything. Just said she could make an appointment for after July 4th. I’ll be back in OKC by July 4th. On the contrary, I stopped at the normal Ford dealership before they sent me down to the truck center and the service guy was very nice. Was willing to try and work me in if I was patient which I understood. But then he figured out from providing the size of the tire that it was a Transit 350 and that’s when he said he had to send me down to the truck center. DO NOT waste your time at the Healey Ford Truck Center. They don’t want your business unless you have an appt."

"Honest, professional, excellent diagnostic skills! I had my 2004 Excursion diesel flat-bedded to them as they have a reputation for being the best diesel shop in the region. They not only fixed the immediate problem, but kept it with permission to diagnose a long standing intermittent problem that other dealerships could not fix. They drove it daily and replicated the problem and fixed it! Truck has NEVER run this good since I’ve owned it! Stronger, smoother, quieter! Pricing is fair and communication was great. I live 3 hours away but will be back for ALL my routine maintenance!"

"Stellar! After a nightmare scenario with my local dealership, these guys are a breath of fresh air! My 18 yr old Excursion died on a camping trip in the area, so I had it flat-bedded to Healey because the have the best reputation for Diesel repairs. Let me tell you, they EARNED it! The shop is very busy, so there was a 2 week delay getting it started. But when they finally got it in, they quickly diagnosed the no-starting problem. However, when I drove it back, it was running rough intermittently then correct itself (old problem for years). I took it back, and they put their best diesel mechanic on it! He drove it himself to and from work for a week, and eventually got it to fail again. But when it did, he was ready! He immediately diagnosed the problem! This had been a problem for over the past 5 years and NOBODY in my area could figure it out! Customer service is 5-stars! Communication was great! Prices are very fair! Workmanship is top notch. My truck now runs better, smoother and tows stronger than it ever has since I owned it! Also getting 10% better MPG! I just can't say enough about this shop!"
