"Horrible experience. If I can give this place 0 star I would because that’s exactly what it deserve. This clinic does not practice good hygiene. During the examination the Dr. had to stop several times to pick up the phone and open the door for other clients. I simply ask can you change your gloves or wash your hands you continue and he refused to. He proceeded to call me names and kicked me out because I ask him to wash his hands or change his gloves before he puts his hands back into my mouth. You would think this will be common sense for a heath provider. I urge you not to go here."

"I wish I could give 0 stars. I walked in the dentist office on time at 10 am. The dentist who was the only person in the office was going back and forth with another patient. I was not greeted or acknowledged until the patient left twenty minutes later. I made my appointment a week prior. At that time I gave my name and policy #. I never received a follow call to inform me of any issues. The dentist looked at his list (which was located next to his leg) and noticed I was not on his list. As a professional that is the dentist job to verify these details upon my appointment. Forty minutes later I had to call to verify my coverage. The representative on the phone was helpful. Once she heard I was in the office I was able to add the new dr on as my dr. The rep was so kind to talk to the dr. Big mistake the dr was very rude to the rep on the phone. At that moment I knew this dentist is unprofessional and nasty. He handed me the phone and said he does not have time for this. That was the best part of my appointment. I would never let that dr ever assist me. I rather walk away with my cracked tooth than to have any work done in that office. I am very big on customer service. Don’t go here if you are looking for a pleasant and comfortable place to be."

"Super UNPROFESSIONAL. I called Dr Alexander an week prior to book an appointment for 1:30 pm the following Monday. I found it odd I spoke to him directly and not a front desk rep. Upon my arrival, the door as locked and they appeared to be closed! I took a look at the office hours an the were closed and set to returned at 3pm. My question is why have me book a time knowing you weren't open? Even if it was an honest mistake, I didn't even get a call to knowledge that. If you cant manage a schedule, I definitely cant trust you to work on my pearly whites!"

"I just got off the phone with this doctors office on Thursday June 25 time 1:30pm and I was a new patient so excited to make n appoinment with them because i heard really good things and then they said we have an appointment for next month i do not know what day.. how do you not have a system where you are able to look. Then i said no problem, im okay with making an appointment for next month and he said are you sure, its very far from now and i said im sure and he hung up. How are you that unprofessional that you do not even want to welcome new patients into your office or help them get an appointment. VERY disapointed!"
