"I ordered my 2024 Ford Maverick Lariat hybrid through this dealer and it was a very smooth process from the initial communication through picking it up. I was able to provide the required information remotely via email in July and I drove the truck off their lot in November. That was much sooner than I had anticipated. I didn’t want to be charged extra markups above MSRP, and they kept that promise. I communicated primarily with Deborah, who always responded in a timely manner and was very knowledgeable about the process of submitting the special order with Ford. I dread the idea of walking into a car dealer because of the high pressure and sneaky sales tactics that other dealers such as Honda seem to feel are necessary to make a sale. Their prices aren't as low as other dealers but their fees are minimal in comparison to others. They offer a lifetime power train warranty also which was a big consideration for me."
