"First time I went to the do it yourself wash the soap didn’t come out of the machine, just went again to try and wash my car and what do you know no soap. I paid for a water wash twice, place is terrible."

"Always good oil changes. High pressure hoses for my SUV. If I bring headlight they swap no problem. Vacuums always work for most part."

"Not sure of the deal here. No signs so you feel like you’re on the black market getting an oil change and no real system. You park and wait. Nobody acknowledges you and you just sit there. For all you may know they may not even be open. If you’re in a hurry, forget it. They move at their own pace, which is very slow. Won’t come back since an oil change is an oil change and this place causes too much stress."

"Better than Valvoline because there wasn't any wait when I arrived and it's great for Sussex county residents. This is the best Change of oil express near Lake Hopatcong area. Fast service, great staff!"

"Waited two hours for a what they consider "detailed cleaning" and my car was only vacuumed and seats were cleaned. The guy spent one hour blowing dust around my car with an air compressor, and ended up being dustier than when I left it there. They also refused to clean my dashboard, they said "I can't clean your dashboard, if a electrical problem happened it would be my fault." The cleaners literal words. So what is the point of a detail clean if they won't even clean your entire car? I would give a zero star if there was the option, look at the picture of the vent slides, it was untouched."
