"Haven't been to dentist in a very long time and was nervous there would be judgment. I was greeted with a smile. After I completed the info I was taken back for x-rays and general consultation with no judgment. The Dentist explain what needed to be done and didn't make me feel bad. I was taken to the finance area where again I was treat in a positive way. I was offered a few ways to py what I would owe should I have the I itial work done. I opted to start treat the same day and was handled with care. I will recommend Aspen to my family and friend."

"Normally I do not leave reviews of places, but after my recent experience I would advise people to be wary of the services provided. I recently went in for an emergency dental visit, where I was poorly examined, not treated for the pain or discomfort at all, and told I would have to undergo wisdom teeth removal surgery. The pain was only in one area, and I was fairly certain food had been stuck in my gum. However, they persisted that I needed this surgery, and would have to wait around a month in this condition to be seen by a surgeon. I had been waiting for my appointment at another office for a second opinion, and a few days later in the evening while brushing my teeth, a popcorn kernel came out of my gum. By the next morning, the entire irritated area had since healed and I no longer had any pain irritation or discomfort. This office repeatedly dismissed my concerns, and were pressuring me into a very expensive SURGERY. Surgery is not a light matter, and I find it extremely concerning that I could have potentially had 4 teeth unnecessary removed in a painful surgery, over a simple popcorn kernel. Not to mention I was belittled by the billing staff due to their inability to process insurance despite having all necessary information. I will never return to this location, and I would strongly advise doing your own research before entrusting this office."
