"Made my appointment 2 months ago: They call me days before the appointment saying they can’t do a cleaning that day, which is specifically why I made the appointment. Now I’m left scrambling to find someone that can see me for an appointment because I’m being sent on an out-of-state assignment for work in a few weeks and won’t have a dentist within a reasonable distance. Disappointed with them"

"Dr. Balling and his staff are wonderful. I was in an emergent situation with an abscess tooth and not able to get into my own dentist office. He and his staff were able to squeeze me in during their lunch time & able to help save my tooth. He was very patient & caring, took the time to explain everything to me. He took 3D images and x-rays of my tooth and deemed it savable!! (After being told there was no chance to save my took from an emergency dental association in Center City Philadelphia who wanted to extract my tooth) I am eternally grateful to Dr. Balling and his staff for their professional expertise and compassion for my situation. "Unprofessional service down to the patient interaction and even the dental work itself. Dr. Balling did not give me the time of day when I had questions about my procedure. The front service was rude as well. I recommend taking your dental care needs elsewhere. There are plenty of better teams. Will be telling all my circles to avoid this practice."
