"I was leaving Lowe's in my 2019 Cadillac XT5 when my dashboard lit up like a pinball machine; icons, messages, pictograms - car will not have full power, etc. I phoned John at Accel and he said come right over. I saw that the shop was pretty busy, but John jumped right in with his diagnostic computer and spotted several problems. It turns out my battery was faulty and screwing up other settings and responses in the car. A short while later, after a new battery and much resetting, I was good to go. I was happy and impressed. It didn't hurt that John has a very competent (and very pretty) assistant mechanic to chat with while I waited. It probably also didn't hurt that I am his father!"
"Bought a car off these guys a month ago and the service was great greeted me with a smile and answered every question i asked. After about a month of me owning the car i was ensured that the car was fully serviced and ready to go anywhere. After about the first 500 miles the car threw a check engine light for an A/f sensor and now the car has the oil pressure light coming and going while i drive. Not sure what to think because i only drive the car 30 miles (to school and back home) 4 days a week. Very good customer service but will not come back to purchase another vehicle from here."
"Brought my truck in for some much needed service and was pleasantly surprised. I gave John a list of items I was previously told needed to be serviced and asked him to fix those and let me know what else came up. Much to my surprise I got a call back stating that some of the items another mechanic recommended weren't even needed! I can't say enough good things John and his team. Work was done quickly and for a fair price, I absolutely plan to return for any future repairs."
