"Bought LaDuca boots in June. Wore them in a show three weeks later and the heel broke off. Contacted LaDuca and they said there was no warranty—it was wear and tear! Almost $400 for three weeks of wear and no recourse! LaDuca does not stand behind their product. Buyer beware."
"Ordered my first paid was super excited it was too small so I exchanged it. The pair I got back had white spots on the bottom like they had been worn and the logo faded from a sweaty foot on the inside. When I expressed my concern they said the white was from the paper in the box and the stamp is just how the stamp is. Extremely rude customer service. For 300$ worth of shoes I would expect the quality and service to be better. It’s really unfortunate."
