"I live in Washington state and was on the east coast for work. I had the meatballs with a side of pasta and a carrot cake for dessert. Delicious is too small a word. It made me nostalgic for a past I didn't have. It has been a week now and everything I have eaten since has been disappointment. The sauce was perfect. The meatballs were fluffy but sturdy. I have made pasta from scratch before and it was nothing compared to Mr. Nino's. I had not eaten until I physically couldn't in years until last week. I am worried that I will cook pasta for the rest of my days desperately trying to replicate that fettucine. And now there is an entire country in between us and my days are all the dimmer for it."
