"Ordered a pizza here from grubhub at 10:50pm the app said 11:45pm - 11:55pm delivery, after 40 minutes the app said arriving soon then at 12am i called the restaurant and the person answering the call asked me for my address, gave him my address and i was expecting him to say “oh its on its way it should be there in 5 - 10 min” but instead he said your food is leaving in 5 - 10 minutes. 12:33am is when I got the pizza. I also just read a comment with pretty much the same experience just last week, i guess i will never be ordering here ever."
"Terrible, unprofessional service and terrible food. I placed an order online and when the delivery boy came he had the wrong item. When I told him it was wrong he became defensive, claiming that i was mistaken but when I showed the receipt he changed his tune and told me he would take it back and return with the correct item. At that point I told him I just wanted a refund and then, unbelievably, he demanded a tip, despite all of his attitude and everything that had happened. Never again."
