"I made an online purchase and attempted to return my item to the Garden State Plaza location. Upon arriving, the sales associate makes me aware that although I have my emailed receipt, because I Paid using PayPal, I am only entitled to a store credit. This makes absolutely no sense. During our conversation, a miserable looking blond haired girl (who was eaves dropping) interjects and explains that I’d have to accept a credit. I explain to her that the store should not accept PayPal if it voids the return policy. She continues to go back and forth at which point I say that I don’t want argue. Your manager was very unprofessional and the only reason I didn’t mop the floor with her face was because I was running late to an appointment. Implement customer service training or hire people that actually feel like doing a job. Also, stop accepting PayPal if it voids the return policy."

"the girl who was working there behind the cash register was extremely rude to her customers. i was going to say something, quoted “are you having a bad day??” in her snotty voice and they guy replied yes and she said “yeah i see that”. so disgusting and rude."
