H&M 680 Bergen Town Center, Paramus, NJ 07652

"There were two rude employees with zero customer service whatsoever. One employee rudely told me that the dressing room was downstairs after I asked politely; I understand there is a sign on the wall but I did not see it, it would not kill to show a little respect for the customer. Later, I asked that same employee for a price check and she just told me to wait in line at the register. Then, another customer asked the employee for a price check and THEN she came over to me, standing in line, to do the price check. Absolute waste of my time. I believe that employee’s name was Wendy or started with a W. To top it off, another employee behind the register greeted me without a care in the world. I did not catch her name but she had purple AirPods connected to her lanyard. If you want to feel like you are a burden to the employees, come to this H&M!"

"This location is the worst in customer service. The store manager is a hispanic woman, I believe her name is Kim, that woman doesn't have no customer service, she's rude and nasty she's fat fisical and her attitude as well. She never open on time the store always late . H&M should replace her for someone with better customer service skill more friendly"

"I had to return 6 shirts because the quality assurance at H&M is horrible. The guy at the register spent 15 minutes doing the return because he took each shirt, put it on a hanger, buttoned it up, and hung it on a rack. He did each shirt individually. So instead of scanning 6 shirts and refunding me, he did all the work of getting the shirts ready to sell again and then finally did the refund. So I stopped shopping at H&M 1 year ago."

"HM is at great location in Bergen mall. Very nice and clean store Nice selection of casual and modern style clothing. They have dress shirts , pants and many more clothing at very reasonable prices. Always look for special offers and sales items all over the store. Upstairs is small but downstairs is huge"
