"Came in yesterday morning (Sunday) right at opening time for a tire installation I had scheduled. Everyone from the front desk guys to the mechanics were awesome. After my car was finished the mechanic even went out of his way to drive my car up to the storefront valet style. I will definitely return for any future rotations and installations needed, and I recommend everyone else in the area to do the same. They will not disappoint."

"Had a great experience at Mavis! It is our second time going - this morning my husband woke up with a flat tire. I had an appt by 10AM, dropped it early and they got right to work. They called me when they knew what the issue was to give me options to fix it and then prompted worked on the car when they had my confirmation. It was finished within an hour and ready to go. With my hectic schedule, thank you for making things a little bit easier."

"Short staffed on Sunday. Only one employee working very hard and the other being very apologetic. I waited 2 1/2 hours for a simple tire plug. Gave up waiting and went to AutoZone. Fixed the leak myself in 30 seconds with a $10 kit. Not sure why Mavis couldn't."
