"I was in need of a great bike shop. This place is THE place to go to. Super friendly, knowledgeable and go above and beyond. My bikes needed some serious TLC because of years of neglect and caked on mud from mountain biking but Andrew and Sean were so helpful with giving me the real deal on whether it was wise to spend the $$ on repairs or just simply upgrade. I’m now a customer for life. Would highly recommend this place to others (and hoping this doesn’t make wait times longer for me lol!). Bringing my other 2 bikes in for tuneups soon! Every neighborhood needs a bike shop like this one!"

"The crew at Local Bicycle Shop really took care of me and never pressured me into anything purchase. I’ll a first time bike-buyer so I took my time browsing. Like I literally came every other month over the course of 8months (my barbershop is just down the block so I’d come by afterwards and peruse). I’d just try out a few bikes and ask about stuff. And the staff were always super chill and accommodating. Let me take a few bikes for a spin in the adjacent alley (perfect for bike testing and loading bikes into your trunk). I just fell in love w the Townie w it’s super relaxed flat foot style. The sleek fenders and matte finish just gave it a touch of class. I threw in a hot pink granny basket in the front and an equally hot pink bell (w a robot!). I had it all picked out but the floor model had some scratches in it so they said no problem - we have another we’ll build for ya in a day and you can pickup. Picked it up and my man was kind enough to help me take off the front tire to have it fit. He painstakingly showed me the correct way to detach and re-attached the wheel which I TOTALLY appreciate. Dudes are chill! A chill bike shop with GREAT products."

"I hoped for a good mechanic to help with my restoration of my vintage Cannondale R800 Ebony Special edition (aka pre Black Lightning), what I got was Jarrad who not only knew my rare vintage Cannondale, it was the first bike he ever raced on decades ago when it was new in 1986, so he was eager to work on her. Jarrad put so much love in to my bike, it's like it was his own baby he was painstakingly bringing back to life. My expectations were totally exceeded. This is a shop where the people running it love bikes and make things happen no other shop would do. Great selection of bikes for beginners to advanced riders too!
