"This is REAL REVIEW- not a fake review like the others here. This place SUCKS. Jake the manager was promising me for WEEKS that a part was on back order and coming in, etc. Come to find out, he was lying me the whole time completely wasting my time. I personally called the dealer parts department (who he said he called) and the part he claimed was NOT in stock at a local dealer actually WAS in stock and has been available for MONTHS. WHY LIE ? RSW AUTO REPAIR are liars and do NOT live up to their promises. From their actions and business dealings- I WOULD NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY OR THE WORK THEY DO. STAY FAR AWAY ! ZERO STARS!!!!!!!"

The hardware had an issue after initial installation and after letting them know they immediately wanted to make things right. The brakes feel and sounds great now.
