"Used APP inside pickup. APP showed order ready but had to wait for order. Drive up line busy. Diet Coke came out clear. Informed staff in 2 minutes came out normal. Fast action from staff."
"Ordered on app. Quickly went through the drive thru. Employee was speaking so quickly, I could bearly understand her. Had to wait to get our food, then our order was messed up. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because the employees were accually friendly despite the mess up. What was meant to be a quick pick up, wound up taking a long time. The burgers were the greasiest McDonald's burgers I've ever had. Grease was laying in the wrapper."
"Great clean atmosphere. Food was standard, but after ordering mobile my order was placed behind the counter and not on the mobile pickup shelf. I saw several other orders get placed there and picked up before I asked someone at the counter where my order was, and then they gave it to me. It was colder because I was only looking at the mobile order pickup shelf, and for some reason the staff never placed it there."
"Ordered from the kiosk. Took longer to order than if I used an employee. Ordered chick nuggets and there was only one choice for sauce and not the one I wanted. Kiosk gives you a table tent so food is brought to the table. Food was never delivered. Found it at the service counter. We ordered drinks but cups were not provided while we waited for our food"
"The manager needs to get a better understanding of execution, how to lead a team and needs a sense of urgency. We waited 15 minutes for food for two people. Fries were stale, we asked for a new order and they were overcooked. We asked the manager to have someone wipe down the tables as every table was filthy and that took ten minutes before someone came. We ended up clearing and cleaning our own table. The male employee they sent to wipe off the table followed his manager's lead - why work hard when the manager does not? He literally wiped off the tables, noticed the trash was full but strategically figure out how much each trashcan could hold before overflowing so he didn't have to change the FOUR VERY FULL TRASH CANS. And wiping off the counter, too much to ask. This is a poor representation of McDonald's. I have never had this experience before at any location. I lived in OCNJ thirty plus years ago and it was one of the cleanest locations now it's a dump ran by managers who have little invested in their success and pride in what they do."
