"I stood with no one in line for about 12 mins and nothing waited politely for someone to ask us how can I help you. But it they were more focused on yes color of skin rather then customer service I felt dumb an weird af standing in the lobby waiting then to find out no one spoke English then the manager maybe, decided we whites waited long enough but again how do you miss putting the cheese on the burger? If you hate your job quit this diverse hire bidenomics is ruing America's restaurants"
"If I could give zero stars I would. We went through the drive thru and there was a language barrier (I commend anyone learning a new language, but you have to be functionally bilingual when working retail with the public). Our order came out crazy and the manager that came to assist was rude. We ordered 1 fish fillet meal but received and was charged for 2. We kept the 2 Fish fillet meals because we were in a hurry to get back on the road. Then we found out my Big Mac had both patties stacked in the bottom bun and had a big wad of lettuce and sauce on the middle bun; and the top bun was burnt. We ordered 1 coffee with cream and Splenda on the side; we got two coffees pre-mixed with cream and SUGAR; and the the manager said she would have to charge me for the two coffees (that I didn’t ask for). We had to pull off to the side and come into the restaurant to correct the coffee. By the time the the coffee issue was corrected, our fries and sandwiches were cold. Next time, I’ll pay $10 to park near the boardwalk and get food from a vendor on the boardwalk."
"The staff and service they provided just made my day. Came to pick up my mobile order, but I guess I got there a bit later than expected. One of their staff member saw this and just changed my fries for a batch of new ones. This is the type of service that can really put a smile on your face for that day."
"It's McDonalds...you will always go here no matter how many times they forget something in drivethru (and it's rare). Their indoor dining is not opened yet (thanks to you know...). I ordered a large coffee and two egg mcmuffins."
