"About a year ago I had some body repairs done at another facility they did good work but were an hour away, Went to Charlies to price out another reapir since they were local and I saw good reviews, I also got three other local quotes, Two were about $ 1,000.00 less expensive then Charlies and Streamline was about $ 3,000.00 more expsnsive WOW. I called them and let them know about the two other Local quotes to see if they could match or come close but they did not even try just said ok. I would not have done a review if they at least made an effot to earn my business but they did not, Note they were plerasent but no effort, I ran a business for 40 plus years and even when I could not compete with other businesses I at least would explain why if a customer reached back out to me! So I drove the hour and used the previous Auto Body shop I used last year who was in the same Range as the two lower local quotes. And they did a great job again."
