Poor Boys Subs Salads & Melts

"I showed a picture of a $19 sub. I also showed the paper thin see through pickle slices you get in the tub sub. Don't those tomatoes look delicious. I also paid for extra cheese. If you look real close you can see some really thin pieces of cheese. I guess with inflation cutting corners is the new norm. $86 order at a sub place and the attitude that came along with this was just disrespectful. I don't think I'm entitled just because I spent alot but I do think I'm entitled to quality tomatoes on a $20 sub and for the employees to not be nasty. When addressing the issue of the tomatoes with the employee which I believe was the owner(very nasty man with an accent) he told me he likes green tomatoes. Total lack of customer service"

"The place that put Brick Township on the map! I am 56 years old, and have had Poor Boys subs since age 10. Yes, they closed for a little bit, but when they reopened , in Toms River, I couldn't have been happier. I was more ecstatic, when they moved back to Brick! You haven't had a proper sub, until you had a Belly Buster! Still the same, quality and taste, decades later."

"This place is absolutely one of the best! Food is ALWAYS fresh and on point. The service and staff are excellent. I would like to thank and acknowledge the owner Frank, when my grubhub driver never showed up for my order, the owner himself called to say he would deliver because it was way passed the time they closed. They are genuine people and he could have easily canceled my order but he did not. THANK YOU SO MUCH! 100% RECOMMEND and be sure to tip them well!"

"I go to get a tuna club I ask the guy If I can get mayo and American. There’s two types and he didn’t ask and I got yellow I asked for white and the guy made a huge deal and then the bacon they use for the club is teriyaki beef jerky. And the entire time the man never added the mayo said if I didn’t like the cheese he refused to take off I could throw the food away and then after I tasted it I saw why it was empty, just garbage it’s better going to jersey mikes where the bacon is real and the tuna don’t taste like Pennies please don’t waste your time the man literally made the biggest deal over cheese and I said nothing because that was the last time he will ever get business from me cheaper at jersey mikes too and I don’t even like jersey mikes"

"Got the Reuben sandwich with fries and mozzarella all in one! Mega melt! Served pretty quick and really good. Awesome many awesome prices! Very nice staff"
