"Chris Storch and Anthony Scudieri make a fantastic team. On the day of my visit, there was an unfortunate and untimely death of an employee the evening before. Chris was on vacation and Anthony had to handle the entire Auto care center. He did a fantastic job. The brake specialist on staff working on my car was extremely knowledgeable and honest with my repair. So much so that i bought four new top of the line tires the same day from your store. I travel all the way from Middletown to come to this store. The locations near me are all horrible and poorly trained and never ever did a good job on my car. "Is there a zero I would rate it there. I wouldn't send my friends there unless they wanted to get overcharged for for services that were not done I am looking for the corporate phone number. Cuz I have not received the phone call yet I was told within 2 hours and that was at 11:00 It's now 1:30ish. In their car care package complete vehicle inspection they said tires were rotated no they were not the same tires in the same spot driver side front My tires were not rotated. They said they checked the brakes not sure what they did tire pressure was was good which is wrong front driver side tire has a nail in it which I know about It leaks very slowly It's down 4 lb from the rest of the tires so they obviously then check it they told me my alternator was in backwards and that that was modifications in the engine bag cuz it was an aftermarket alternator which is not a YouTube and on 8 th yes eight different videos the alternator is in the same location facing the same way. Also charged me an additional $50 because of the modification and it took longer to do I called the store to speak to my normal service writer because I used to go there all the time I will not be back if this is not fixed"

"If there was a no star option..they get it. Had front brakes done not long ago & had to get them done out of state. Mechanic said they were obviously old & too worn down to be recent brakes. So did I get charged over $800. for nothing? Praying if so...they get what they deserve. Karma!! Watch out ladies."
