"I work at nursing home in Hammonton, NJ and we order from Vinny's every day!!! Staff and residents alike!!! But don't bother calling them!!!! The food is great, but the service is horrible!!!! They are rude, inpatient and told us that if we called again to make an order and then have to call back and cancel for any reason, not to bother calling again as they will refuse service to us. Now I understand if they had made the order already and was ready to deliver, but I called back within 5 min. I don't recommend Vinny's in Hammonton NJ due to poor staff service."

"Wonderful customer service! I ordered a mushroom cheesesteak so good!! and 2 toss salads, pricing was extremely reasonable!! Salads were huge and delicious! I will be back cause they also have authentic Mexican dishes, can't wait to try!!"

"Disgusting. Dirty. Absolutely horrible. They put BBQ sauce on my buffalo chicken cheesesteak for no reason then when I asked why they said that they didn’t…. They absolutely did. Unbelievably salty. The delivery containers had food juice smeared all over them. Then when I called to ask for my money back for the cheesesteak he offered me a $5 “credit” and told me that “DoorDash is the manager” and that “he make my food so he didn’t put BBQ sauce.” I was a line cook for 11 years. There was bbq on the sandwich."
