"Got into Long Branch station from Newark airport at 7:30am on a Saturday after a red eye from LAX. I almost didn't stop at this DD across the street bc of the reviews - but I'm glad I did. It was pretty busy in there but service was quick and I was greeted by warm and friendly smiles from the staff. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and box of munchkins. Sandwich was hot and tasty, donuts were not the freshest (maybe from the day before) but not stale. Additionally, store was pretty festive for Christmas."

"It used to be good and now its horrible. The one on broad st is better. They never make coffee correctly. If I'm paying over $5 bucks for a coffee it should be made correctly. Then they have complete attitude while serving you. So not only are you ripped off on your coffee but you pay to be treated like #$%* Normally here everyday twice a day. My last three coffees were a complete mess and so was the rest of my coworkers"

"This place has changed a lot lately and the quality of service has dropped a lot. Today I made a purchase of some sandwiches and a drink that was a caramel ice late, when I made my order I ordered my drink in a large size. The manager on duty took my order, gave me the sandwiches but never gave me my drink and I distractedly left the store, when I got home I realized that I had forgotten my drink and returned to the store after 30 minutes (because I don't drive) so that time it took me to go back. When I came back and asked for my drink, the manager with a very rude attitude told me how was it possible that I had left the store without my drink to which I tried to explain that they were very busy and had forgotten to give me my drink and I distracted I left, she no longer remembered my order and kept questioning me and after discussing the event she agreed to give me my drink in the wrong size claiming that this was the original size of the order but I asked her again for the correct drink for which I had paid for. It was a very bad experience and I am just saying that the pandemic has caused businesses like these to dump hard-working people who really appreciate their work. I am a regular customer of this place and I also worked there 13 years ago. I appreciate the kindness of the other people who work there on different days."

"Wife is vegetarian the guy touched turkey sausage and then cut seasame bagel and then baked both in together and then touched turkey bacon and then put cheese on bagel with same time. That’s called cross contamination. 1 star because lady gave that look on her face when I told her what they did."
