"Standard McDonalds location, nothing unusual or extraordinary. Dining are is clean and well kept. It is a busy location but the majority of business is drive through and delivery pick up. The dining area is rarely busy. The inside service is a bit slow for fast food. I attribute this to the staff being more focused on the drive through hand pick up service rather than the walk in customers. On the bright side the food is all freshly made, nothing sitting in a warming tray. Bottom line, if you are in the area and McDonald's is your thing this will be pretty much what you would expect."
"Ordered a mc chicken meal . Asked for extra catsup which I didn't get. Sandwich was room temp and looked like it was sitting for hours. Sandwich was only a piece of chicken between two slices of old bun. Fries were cold and limpy. If I hadn't driven to my next appointment (5 minutes away) I would have brought it back and thrown it inside the store. Drink was cold and good."
"Okay, I know times have changed. How do you make the teens working understand change? How come I was overcharged, paid with card. I wanted a refund and to just pay correctly. The kid gave me four $1. The next window was just as confused as to why I got cash back. I had no idea why I got cash at all. Happens to often. Foods always cold. Food takes too long to make. No proper management. Shut it down, please!!"
"The service here is so unevenly poor. I just went through the drive through and they literally talked to me through the closed drive through window and got annoyed at me for not hearing them. Also, they have this strange system of operating anywhere from 1-3 windows for the drive through, and getting also annoyed when you don't know which window is the one to go to."
"I was charged for food I didn’t receive. Staff wouldn’t help. Do not use the mobile app to buy breakfast. Order was placed at 10:20. Sat in line until 10:33 to pick it up and when I got to the window they said they could not make my food and sent me away. They said the order was canceled but I was still charged. Staff was awful and walked away when I was asking questions in hopes I would just go away."
