McDonald's

"there’s a special right now, buy one get one for a dollar, quarter pounders and big macs, so i ordered two of each at the drive through. They forgot one of the QP’s. i told the lady and she got kind of annoyed, and immediately got the manager. Manager apologized, but then i say there’s for 5 minutes waiting for the burger, mind you i ordered a bunch of other stuff including hot fudge sundae, so now everything BUT the one burger they forgot is pretty much melted or only like warm. this happens often enough, where one item is missing but then you have to wait so long for it the rest of your food gets cold, that they should figure out a way to remedy this. Were not the type of people to make them remake the whole order, but i guarantee you other people will."

"I went to order my food and he told me that he didn't speak English because my harsh language is like an American but I'm Dominican and I spoke Spanish to him and he told me that he didn't understand me and he closed the window on me. That's discrimination and being a Latina just like me and on top of that it's the shift manager should do something about it."

"I always stop by this McDonald’s location to grab a quick breakfast sandwich and a cup of coffee. They always have my order correct and ready on time (since I usually place a mobile order). Their food and drinks are always tasty and consistent, especially their caramel iced coffee which is my all time favorite to wake me up the morning! I’m always pleased with their quick and friendly services. Always greetings and saying good bye with smiles on their faces :)"

"I never rate anything perfect. Feel like can always improve. I work near this location so frequent it. Use the app is best piece of advice I can give. It will save you a lot. Plus the service with it is fairly quick. Normally don't have to wait very long. Other McDonald's around don't nearly have the app deals this one does"

"I've been to this McDonald's a few times and have had mixed experiences. The food is usually good, but the service can be hit or miss. I've had my order messed up on a few occasions, and the wait times can be long, especially during peak hours. The one thing I really like about this McDonald's is that it has a play place for kids. My kids love playing in the play place, and it gives me a chance to relax and enjoy my meal. Overall, I would say this McDonald's is a decent place to get a quick bite to eat. The food is good, the service is sometimes a little slow, but the play place is a big plus."
