"I had the good fortune of being referred to Jackie many years ago by a friend. (Thank you friend!). I was fed up feeling ripped off each time I left my car at a dealership for service. I have never had that feeling with Skillenders. Jackie always lets me know what’s needed UP FRONT, has ALWAYS been FAIR and more importantly HONEST. "I’ve been making phone calls in the beginning to you since the day you told me it needed a wiring harness, you charge me $1500 for a ground wire , fuel pump and a few sensors which nothing fix the problem And yes I’ve waited for you to do the right thing and pay me the money back that your vocational parts changer mechanics did . So far I met five customers that you screwed around the area and they all agree with me, and I am still passing the word to other residents and customers of my own They changed me for one part after another and I had to pay for it each time she said it was fixed , I drove out of there within a day the problem still came back , At the end after spending $1500 she said oh you need a wiring harness that’s $2000 , I said well I may do it after you repay me my $1500 for not fixing it so far and Jackie says no that’s not how we work , , They couldn’t fix my 2010 traverse … I suggest to Jackie that you give me a call and repay me my money because I have time now and I will bombard you with BAD publicity everywhere .. this is your warning ! Jaxies replied to my complaint was extensive I’m sure she did all those things but the key is she didn’t fix my truck , but yet still charged me .. it’s real simple if you can’t do the job that you were hired for , why should You be paid for it when you didn’t do what you said you were gonna do .. It doesn’t matter what you’ve done or whatever you made , you can tell everybody your long extensive efforts but at the end of it all my car still is not running and I paid you $1500 … and as I’ve been telling people about your poor service I’ve been hearing a lot of other people complaining about you they just haven’t taken the effort to do what I’m doing … but believe me I’m in the service business I see about five customers a day and I tell everybody about your poor service .. there’s no way they’re review is 4.9 truthfully , I talk to a lot of people in the community and 50% of the people had a problem there so really their review should be 2 1/2 if anything truthfully because they screwed a lot of people that I’ve spoke to also .. it’s good that we have reviews because we really can spread the word when a business doesn’t do the right thing .. and I forgot to reply about your reply , when a person brings her car in to get fixed it does it mean it gives you the chance to just change parts and hope that it works, buy rides if you change a part and it doesn’t fix it’s not my fault you don’t have the knowledge to know what it takes to fix that car , if I wanted to play that game I would’ve just brought it to the local vocational school because you’re not much better than them .. and hopefully none of those guys or girls that graduate will ever work for you, it’s no fun working for a dishonest person . Update, just heard from another person that Skillenders struck again by screwing someone else , As for their rating there’s no doubt in my mind that they’re doing it themselves by giving them self five stars just to keep the rating of high ."
