"I have had my items for a few months now and my husband called Friday or Saturday to ask them to come pick up a king size bed frame a nightstand, a dresser and then we have to pay off the mattress which is just fine and then we asked to keep the metal platform frame underneath the mattress. They came out today 10/16 just to tell me they wont take anything at all because of some little carvings on the dresser which is fine I understand but you can take the king bedframe and night stand! I have seen in store unfinished sets for sale! We clearly told them we couldnt pay for all of it anymore! Absolute waste of time not only for us but for their pick up team!"
