"I came here with my wife to buy some fancy new clothes. The people working here completely ignored us. It was like we were invisible. What a shame for them because we went to Quails a couple of doors down and spent a whole bunch of money. I hope those snotty salespeople work on commissions. Anyway, do yourself a favor and skip the snotty Brook Bros and just go to Quails."

"The women's clothing was very limited at this location. I thought for sure I'd be able to find a basic black suit. There were only 2 black suit jackets on the rack - size 4 and size 6. They had a few more pairs of pants, but no petite length as far as I could tell. I was so disappointed. The men's section is far bigger so I think that men will have a much easier time shopping here."

"AUNT MARY WOULD BE PROUD!!! Believe it or not, Brooks Brothers is BACK!!! At least this location is. Selection is ample, prices are reasonable and above all, the staff is EXTREMELY HELPFUL. We arrived and were immediately outfitted! We did not have to walk around and look for a fashion advisor who would do their best at not making eye contact as to avoid helping customers, or nowadays, WORK IN GENERAL. NO, there were 2-4 older, impeccably dressed ladies (one named Connie; the others were equally as qualified, welcoming and knowledgeable) who knew the ins-&-outs of classic fashion. They reminded me of the classic Brooks Brothers in NYC that my Aunt Mary would take me to when I was a young boy (80s, 90s). Come to this store for the simplest or most complex of selections."
