"It was a pleasant shopping adventure it was not too crowded it's football Sunday so the outlets are pretty empty today but the store was neat staff was nice pleasant atmosphere for shopping"

"While this place has some good stuff, the discounts are very limited. Yesterday we were shopping for some gifts are we spent over $500. They were supposed to be giving a nice Guess travel organizer for cosmetics and toiletries, for purchases over $99. The girl at the billing counter said they just finished the promotion in the morning. Another girl who walked in to the shift said they can only give one per family. "I cannot help you, it is our company policy", which she just made up on the fly. While I do not really need 5 of those bags, it would be nice if they are honest about the promotion, especially when someone is spending that kind of money at the store. I would never go back to this store."

"i love clothes here but be honestly i don't want to get in everytime i came for shopping because of the workers. Some are nice but some are really look down on asian( i think). especially the one at accounting table. When i get in, she said: you see the line? and when i bought 200$ dollar on the day which they gift the water bottle with order 125$, she didn't tell me about that and ignore it. I saw the bottle but i don't need it. I just ask her to put my phone number into my receipt as i have a vip account. She told me that i had to go home and call custumer service and tell them the order number to do it. Honestly, she was behave nasty with me( or asian whenever i stop by) I wanted to return all of the things i bought at the moment but i didn't do it. I just think that i will never stop again and better shop online."
