"We ordered a grandmas pizza today and we got a burnt pizza. We opened the box and realized it was burnt in the bottom and the edges. This is not the first time and we will NOT be ordering pizza from them again. These pies are not cheap and it’s like throwing our money away."

"Call and got a large pie half pepperoni $20 way overcooked not much to the call back told her it was said she would tell the guy thanks won't be going back 5 minutes from my house stop going a while ago now know why why not saying hey the next pizzas on us I wasn't looking for anything but that's the way to do it I won't be going back now I know why I stopped going"

"Charged me $23 for large pie with half green peppers & sausage and other half pepperoni - pretty steep so may have to rethink if it worth going back to ! I come to this area where I was brought every year for over 40 now and always look for nice place to eat as well as shop - but I definitely believe the young girl cashier made huge mistake figuring out final cost of a large pizza with a few toppings on only half of the pie no less !"

"Placed an order for a half-tray of chicken the night before an event and the worker who took our order calls us up the next day as we're on our way to get it to let us know that he just realized that they didn't prepare our order correctly and that they'd need an extra half-hour we didn't have to get it done right. On top of that they use deceptive marketing with their coupons -- they have a coupon for $39.99 half-trays of chicken parm / francese / marsala that does not indicate that they include smaller portions of meat than when ordering from the full-price dinner menu. The person we spoke to didn't offer us anything for our troubles. Fortunately for us, good pizza spots are a dime-a-dozen around here."
