"Mia’s has the best Vietnamese food around. They have the most incredible array of ingredients and spices. And they put real care and compassion into every order. If you want good traditional Vietnamese, go here."

"Mid-priced. By Jersey standards it’s very good but in Dallas Vietnamese Pho Ga is better. In Dallas they throw in thinly sliced raw chicken (less than 1/2 of Jersey) into your boiling hot soup just seconds before they bring it out to you. That cooks it enough to be tender and juicy."
