"Just went to order in the drive thru, the person who took my order said. “Wendy’s” instead of the usual welcome greeting and sounded annoyed. But whatever I make my order and don’t even get told a total or to go whatever window. I go to the First window and this girl is more miserable than the guy who took my order. Doesn’t even say a word to me, NOT ONE! I said can you take Apple Pay and she rolls her eyes and huffs. Just a miserable nasty employee and experience for me. Then I go to the next window to get my food and maybe it’s the guy who took my order but of course idk that but he also is miserable and doesn’t say anything to me either. Miserable people, horrible experience. Greet people and welcome them, management has a lot of TRAINING and WORK to do with those employees. Good luck."
"I just can't understand it. This Wendy's has the most unpleasant staff and absolute worst service. Both Burger and Mc Donald's are right down the street from you. And still you hire the worst staff ever. If my biggest competitors where right down the street from me, I would have my staff on point. You realize the gyro place that you share a parking lot with has the best food and most friendliest staff you will ever meet"
"If you want extra protein in your burgers, come to this Wendy’s. If not avoid it at ALL cost. I immediately spit out the bite I took when I saw what was on the lettuce. I am disgusted and traumatized."
"Unfortunately this was not a good experience. The salad was extremely watery! They did not have ceaser dressing (no big deal) but I ordered it as a combo and sadly it was not edible."
