"Very rude staff. Bothered when asked questions, or to use the fitting room. Their faces look bothered when ringing people up. I’m almost afraid to go back for an exchange knowing I will be a bother to them. They hire young girls who have no manners or customer service skills. Snarky & just rude."

"Asked for someone to help me reach a shirt and they said someone will be there. Every employee was roaming around in front of me doing nothing and no one helped waited 10 minutes . :( I really wanted to get some shirts there."

"Usually I don't do reviews but I was so angry and misguide today in store I grab a shirt which mentioned its 3 dollars I go to counter for check out ask price she scan everything she told me its 5 dollars I explained oh its mentioned 3 dollars over there she told me ok I can change she change after pay I realize oh its still too much money I pay I check my reciept I got charged 20 dollars for that store I go back right away she told me its my mistake she is not responsible even other girl said the same thing I tsaid I told u check the price u fix it she gave store credit so I loose my money that's their policy I literally don't believe these disaster workers at all and we can't do anything unfortunately"

"First they forget to place an item they charged for in the bag, called, said they had to review security cameras, etc., then was given the clear to drive back to the store again and pick up the boots which was done. Today my daughter takes the boots out to try them on and they left security tags on them! Called the store, spoke to some manager who said we have to go back yet again to remove the tags. So three trips for their incompetence, which she stated she doesn’t consider incompetence. I respect everyone who is trying to make a living, but this is not millions of dollars in General Liability, and Workers Compensation Audits. You place your item on the counter, the employee bags it up, I mean come on! You can excuse the first time, but now a third issue. Get it together."
