"We ordered chips and queso. It took the whole half of the lakers game to receive them and the queso was cold. We ordered wings when we got the chips and they literally just put wings on the plate and dumped the sauce on them. Half of the were dry rub and we had to dust them off because they had just dumped the dry rub over them. Never seen anything like it."

"The manager on the night of 11/24/23 (female) is amazing. I live in a different state and my points were used to purchase food. The manager called me to confirm I didn’t make this purchase. She then gave me the number to make this correct and give me my points back. She was professional the entire time. BWW is lucky to have her. Thank you for making everything okay."

"I usually dine in with my family at this location, however today I decided to call in for a store pick which I've done before but usually I either deal with attitude or my order being put together wrong. Zion answered the phone today, immediately I could sense his cheerfulness and professionalism he was patient with me and even offered suggestions. When I came in person to pick up my order the energy was the same, smiling , sweet, my order was put together correctly and he even told me to have a great night, I know it seems like a small gesture but it's the little things. Thank you Zion and keep up the good work!"

"The place is nice but watch out for additional charges of drinks. Waiter called RON added 63 dollars to our bill. We asked for a manager but non was available. We paid and still tipped him but told him we'd report the issue"
