"A restaurant without food???!!! Picture it.. Tuesday evening and the restaurant is empty. I walk up to counter and ask for a bowl with white rice. The person behind the counter has fear in her eyes as if I just said "give me all the cash in the register" • After moments of awkward silence she walks over to the mobile order station where you can see her ask the person there for rice and that person clearly says "NO!". When she returns she says we have no rice. I asked "did she just refuse to give you rice for a customer?" and nodded yes. I asked for the manager and another person behind the counter asks me what was wrong and she went over to the associate at the mobile prep area where they had a little back and forth and then she comes back and says "sorry we have no rice". I then ask how long till there will be more rice and the people in the kitchen who can hear me in this empty quiet restaurant yell out 30 minutes. 30 minutes???? What have they been doing back there while the rice was running out at the counter??? BTW what were they really doing because there was no rice (white or brown), no veggies, barely any proteins, just big piles of bean mush that obviously been sitting there. When ask what was going on in this restaurant the answer was sorry we just had a rush. I call their bluff. The restaurant was clean (which it never is when there is a rush), beans full sitting looking like a pile my dog just left on the sidewalk and the mobile prep area full of food. Obviously l left very frustrated without any food. What is going on in this place??? Who is exactly is "managing" this operation. Food is what they are there to sell and it doesn't seem to be what they are interested in providing. This is not the first time this has happened, honestly too many to count and I am embarrassed to say that I keep giving them a chance. I asked for the information for the district manager and I was told no. NO seems to be their favorite word here."

"Extremely slow! Mobile orders are backed up by at least 40 minutes and the pick up timing is inaccurate. The restaurant is dirty! The trash is full, the tables are a mess! I wrote a reviews weeks ago, but nothing has changed since then. But this always happens when the Colombian girl is in charge. The restaurant needs new management. When you try to ask for your order to the Colombian girl, she answer you back with attitude, she is rude and disrespectful! So different to the other girl with blue hair in the morning."

"I've been here a couple of times. The food is pretty consistent. With these buffet style quick serve restaurants, be careful not too come late in the day when inventory can run low. Haven't experienced this at Westfield so far. Excellent selection of fresh veggie options and salads. Love the hot spicy sauces and the mexican grill style flavours for the proteins. For about $10 you can get a really healthy dish here."

"The service was extremely slow, the staff has very poor customer service skills and are extremely rude. The team is disorganized and while they have more then enough people to serve everyone in a timely manner half of them were just standing around. Serve smaller portions than other Chipotles, staff is incompetent and rude, service is ridiculously slow. If you enjoy wasting your time, not getting what you paid for, and being harass by the staff then this is the Chipotle location for you."

"Trash customer service and terribly long wait time. I have been to this location only three times before because it is very convenient for me, and each time was slower and worse than the last. This will be the absolute last time that I patronize this location. After waiting for about 15 minutes to be served in a line of only about six customers, I received my bowl with lettuce coming out of the sides and greasy fingerprints and sauce covering the foil lid. As I was halfway through my meal, the cashier walked over to me and told me that my card had not gone through, even though he had handed me a receipt after paying. The cashier asked me to please pay for the meal once I had finished eating, which I gladly agreed to do. 5 minutes later, this lady walked over to me and demanded that I go up to the register and pay immediately; with a raised voice, she stated, “Hey, my cashier told me that you didn't pay for your food. I NEED YOU TO COME PAY NOW”! I explained to her that the cashier had already spoken to me and I would pay once I was finished. She continued to berate me, screaming “I need you to pay NOW!” I then asked if she was the manager, and she said yes and told me her name was Jacolyn. When I finished and was paying, I asked for the contact to the district manager, which she said she did not have; turns out she was the shift lead, and the actual manager's business card was at the cashier's desk. I completely understand the fast-paced and high-stress work environment as I am also in the restaurant business, but the lack of customer service and poor people skills was revolting. The lack of tact was off-putting, to say the least. The food was mid, the wait was terrible, and the service from Jacolyn was complete garbage."
