Domino's Pizza

"I ordered two pizzas. A plain one. A ham and pineapple. The ham & pineapple turned out to be just ham. I didn’t check the pizza until 2 hours later (was taking down the Christmas tree) Start eating it and notice it is too salty and something is off. Figured out there was no pineapple. Called the store, manager says “it’s two hours later, can’t do anything.” I start arguing, they put me on hold for 3 mins. I call back, get the manager. He’s trying to brush me off and get me off the phone. He tells me to send a pic of the pizza. I never hear back from him. This is the 3rd time they’ve done this to me. One of the times, they delivered the pizza to my neighbor’s house. I started ordering from them because my husband likes the pan pizza. Back to Papa John’s it is for us. If the manager can’t resolve his own workers mistakes, this is just a hopeless place."

"Surprisingly, the Pizza was exquisite! The wait on Christmas Day was long, but the product excelled my and my son's expectations! Kudos to that particular franchise! Keep your staff and ingredients! Success will grow!"

"I ordered an extra cheese pizza which they forgot to put the extra cheese on the pizza. The pizza looks burned and tastes disgusting. Very poor customer service and one of the employee disrespected me and told me i was wrong and he is right. Please avoid this dominos pizza branch and place an order else where. This dominos branch has the worst customer service and food is not cooked properly."

"This is actually gross, ended up throwing out the food after trying one slice. Gross, the store refused a refund and said it’s my fault. I’m extremely disappointed."

"man this is the 4th pizza order that didn't have ANY garlic-seasoned crust... how do you make three consecutive pizzas incorrectly? do i seriously need to check each and every single box before i leave the store? this pizza tastes blander than the cardboard it's packaged in, do better guys."
