"Unbelievably bad customer service, in person and over the phone, they refused to take my order seemingly due to a language barrier*. The menu is in both English and Spanish, Plainfield is a diverse town, and they should be able to cater to non-Spanish speaking customers l. *Rating as someone who is not a native Spanish speaker but who can usually get by in Spanish speaking countries with low-mid level conversation."

"This place used to be my go to for pupusas and baleadas. I'm not sure if they changed cooks. But my order is always wrong , burnt or very oily. The taste is just not the same. ( I always go in person BTW)"
"Placed a door dash order and they took 1 hour to confirm, I called them and ask if they are making my food but the lady says ''We don't take orders from Doordash anymore '' so as I'm calling DD to cancel my order the restaurant updates the status and says they are making it now, 30 passes and the delivery driver texted me that my order was never received at the restaurant. Very poor communication with the restaurant and app."
"Love their tamales and pupusas. Thank you for always getting them ready for me when I have to pick them up. By the way this place is very clean, good job!"
