Taco Bell

"I specifically stopped in for the release of the Grilled Cheese Nacho Fries. The kiosk experience was horrible. I had to page through several menu items to find what I wanted. The screen does not respond, taking several attempts to get things to register, and of course who doesn't love touching public screens?? Then, there was no option to get a printed receipt. I could provide my phone number or email, but all I wanted was a printed receipt to verify my transaction. I love self-service scanning at the grocery store, but at Taco Bell this experience took several more minutes, and was generally annoying. My items were delivered to the counter, but there was -0- cheese on my "grilled" nacho fries, which clearly never touched a grill. I just got crunchy fries in a fry container. I requested 3 kinds of sauce, but arrived home to find there were NONE. Between the kiosk, the food, and the delivery at the counter, everything was an EPIC FAIL. From the exterior, the store looked closed down. There was absolutely nothing in the windows, and no exterior signs on the walls. The newly designed interior is stark and looked like a warehouse. Another customer decided to dine in, but also commented that the new furnishings didn't look the slightest bit comfortable or welcoming. This store is in my town, but I may just drive past in the future, if this is what they have to offer."

"The manager working here at 6:30 PM Saturday Nov 11th did not care about food being prepared on time or going to the right people. I got non-veg food after waiting almost 15 minutes that was not my order and the manager clearly did not care and was rude. Normally I am sympathetic but this guy shouldn’t be here. Don’t waste your money here and taco bell: get rid of this guy"

"I've been to alot of taco bells in my life. Today everything was on point and filled not cheated on anything. I was very shocked. Service was fantastic. In my experience with this said taco bell I would say it's hands down the beat experience I've ever had at one. Thank you"

"They charge $5 plus for Mexican Pizza yet the stuffing was not filled properly. Just two layers of tortilla. Horrible horrible Mexican Pizza. They give 1 water cup so if you want 2 you can not get it. The best part is you will told that in such rude manner is unbelievable. This lady has a job because we pay and buy. Sad how horrible the customer service. The tortilla was so chewy that my Mom couldn't eat it properly. There was a customer wanted the person to take order since he tried to enter the order at the kiosk but was not able to. The lady said you have to enter your order and did not take his order so he said "this is ridiculous" and walked out. I have been going to Taco Bell for years but this is Sad how bad this place is. Will never go back or ask anyone to go back this place."

"Had the best experience at this Taco Bell today! Everything was perfect and looked like what you see in the menu pictures. We came specifically today to reunite with the Mexican Pizza and it was amazing. Even better than I remember."
