"The food is good, typical Starbucks. But this place has been known to screw people over for the longest time now. I just wanted a bagel, and I saw that the line was way too long. I figured no problem, I’ll just order it through mobile. Come to find out every single item at the store is listed as “we don’t have this in this store” and it’s annoying when you know they do. Thanks to your entire crew’s incompetence, I couldn’t even order a bagel for breakfast this morning. Thanks very little for screwing me over again. At least smoothie king gets me out of the door fast"
"The new hires are disgusting people. Management needs a better screening process. Usually I come to this Starbucks on the regular but yesterday I received poor service. It seemed that since I came for two chocolate croissants somewhere near closing time, perhaps a new hire was frustrated and had an attitude with me over the intercom but perhaps also she perceived that I had an attitude, but regardless you’re in food service business, and to be served the way I did was deplorable. I’m no longer coming to this Starbucks. The cashier who cashier took my payment started doing a squeaky voice while telling me my totals. Then I was handed bake goods that looked crushed up in the bag and one served not even lukewarm. Food served with malice isn’t edible. Horrible service. ( not all the staff are like this to be fair)"
"This location feels like a doctors office, very cold, staff is young , poorly trained and unorganized . Seating is limited. Ordered iced caramel latte, got milk and espresso . Drive thru is confusing and set up like a maze . Not a place you go twice"
